Wellbeing: The Attitude of Gratitude

Gratitude is something that we’re not born with – it’s something that needs to be cultivated, and that takes time and perseverance, especially when it comes to our young people.

  How can we encourage our children to practice gratitude?

It starts with modelling the skill. 

 Something as easy as a comment about how beautiful the sunset was and how thankful you are to have had a moment to witness it is a great way to start.
